Do you offer coaching and therapy?I currently offer trauma-informed coaching, which blends therapeutic insight with real-life implementation. While I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (MFTA) and see therapy clients under licensed supervision, the service I provide here is coaching—and that’s intentional. Coaching allows us to focus on creating forward movement, building structure, and offering support that’s flexible, responsive, and tailored to your current capacity. It’s especially helpful for those who’ve already done inner work and want help applying what they know in their day-to-day life. Therapy services will be available once I am independently licensed. In the meantime, my coaching is rooted in trauma-awareness, nervous system understanding, and deep respect for your lived experience.
